Default Banana Roach Caresheet?

Can anyone point me at a care sheet for
Banana Roaches (Panchlora nivea)

I am raising them to feed to
Mantids.

What do you think is the best food for these
roaches? Mine were supplied with bits of Carrot.
I wonder if prey gutloaded with carrot is
potential dangerous for Mantids.

Any info or ideas welcome.

Thanks Andy. Like name like nature then (Banana roach).

I did find a suggestion of feeding avocado!

Any thoughts about staying clear of Carrot, or is this a myth?

I guess they will take any fruits , apples, pears etc probably most organic vedgies.
I used to feed carots to my Daubias and lobster roches but i find they dry up and shrivel quite fast but i cant really say carrots affected my mantids health. Personaly i think this is just a myth..
