click on the "insert image" button on the toolbar or type the code for the image like this [ img ]http://www.dragonscrest.co.uk/mantispic1.jpg[ /img ] (without the spaces, and with your own image url instead of the one i put in)
you have to have an image already online before you put it in the forum, you just put the url of the image... if you sign up for photobucket and upload your images to that, it even does the bit of code for you so you can copy and paste it into the post
