Thx, they have been joined now nearly 12 hours. I was hoping to get them apart before i started work this morning but that wasnt to be so ive snuck home

Gutted, i made the mistake of leaving the unmated female together with the male overnight. Got up this morning and they were fine, went for a wash and went back to seperate them both,,,too late she was having her breakfast little male Congo .. Oh well at least one was mated

Finally after 26 days my mated "Congo" has produced an oothecae, i thought she was going to explode as she was huge so i was a bit dissapointed to dicover it was very small. Just hoping now its fertile..

No idea,, first time ive tried with this species, loads hopefully as there is a queue waiting for them
