I think i paid around £40 for mine last year, its been invaluable though for my dissertation so worth every penny!

I haven't got a copy. But I did do the drawing on the frontispiece and some of the other drawings in the book.

received it the other day and yes its a good read and i have read a lot of it, but it takes a lot of understanding!
